Our guest today is here to prove the contrary. Saurav Arya is an IIT graduate who worked as a Vice President at MakeITDeals until he decided to take a gap year and follow his dream of travelling the world. He calls his journey, ‘A Year Full Of Sundays’.

He managed to spread his AirBnb business through multiple locations all over the world. On top of that, he just became a dad so that’s one more role added to his list of accomplishments.

  • Strike a Deal – Saurav says that he always chooses the profit sharing model in cases where he is not sure about the market. To avoid putting risk on yourself don’t go for the yearly deal.
  • Hire Staff for Maintenance – Your AirBnb business needs to be ready for upcoming guests. To do that you need a staff that needs to be managed. The best choice is to hire managers and cleaning people locally.
